Nutra Manufacturing is recalling one lot of GNC Women’s Ultra Mega Time Release dietary supplement because it may contain milk, one of the major food allergens, that is not declared on the label. Anyone who is allergic to milk or who is lactose intolerant could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No reports of allergic reactions have been received to date.
The product was distributed starting August 23, 2016 through the present. The supplement is sold in 180 count containers with UPC number 048107158910, lot number 3044FQ2024, and an expiration date of June 2018. The product is packaged in an HDPE plastic bottle with a child resistant closure.
If you purchased this product and are allergic to milk, do not consume it. Throw it away or take it back to a GNC retail location for a full refund.
