Ice Cream Cake Products Recalled for Undeclared Walnuts

A nationwide allergy alert has been sounded by Rich Products Corporation due to the potential contamination of certain of its ice cream cake products with undeclared walnuts. According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Buffalo-based company has recalled around 6,600 cases of the ice cream cakes, which were shipped to distributors and in-store retail bakeries across the United States.
