Overwaitea Food Group in Canada is recalling My Mix Grab n’ Go brand Chocolate Pretzel Hearts for possible Salmonella contamination. This recall was triggered by a recall in another country. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of this product.
The recalled product is My Mix Grab n’ Go Chocolate Pretzel Hearts in 240 gram packages. The best before date is August 2017 and the UPC number is 0 62639 35098. They were sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan at the retail level.
If you purchased this product, do not eat it. Throw it away in a sealed or double bagged package so other people and animals can’t eat it, or take it back to the place of purchase for a refund.
