Ragazzo’s Italian Style Meatball Mix Recalled for Soy

Northside Noodle Company of Michigan is recalling about 123 pounds of meatball mix because it contains undeclared soy, one of the major food allergens. No allergic reactions have been reported to date in conjunction with this issue.

The recalled product is 1-pound polystyrene foam packages containing “Ragazzo’s ITALIAN STYLE MEATBALL MIX,” with lot codes 2008, 2024 and 2044. It has the establishment number “EST. M10062” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The product was shipped to a retail location in Michigan. This item was produced on June 6, June 27, and August 2, 2017.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to soy, don’t eat it. Throw it away or take it back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
