Sue’s Sweet Sesame Pork Jerky Recalled for Allergens in Canada

Soo Jerky Ltd. is recalling Sue’s Jerky brand Sweet Sesame Pork Jerky in British Columbia and Ontario, Canada, because it contains fish that is not declared on the label. Anyone who is allergic to fish could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this issue.

The recalled products are both Sue’s Jerky brand. The first is Sweet Sesame Pork Jerky in 40 gram packages. The codes on the product are 778085 and 775687, and the UPC number is 0 65717 61053 9. The second recalled product is Variety Pack in 12 x 40 gram packages. The codes on that product are 776382, 777186, 778086, 776087, 776287, and 777288; the UPC number is 0 65717 62005 7.

If you purchased these products and are allergic to fish, don’t eat them. Throw them away or take them back to the store where you bought them for a full refund.
