AMPI Recalls GFS Pudding for Undeclared Milk

Associated Milk Producers Inc. (AMPI) of New Ulm Minnesota, in cooperation with Gordon Food Service si recalling pudding labeled as GFS Lemon Pudding. It actually contains vanilla pudding that uses milk, one of the major food allergens, as an ingredient which is not declared on the label.

The GFS Lemon Pudding was sold in 113 ounce cans with UPC number 9390110676 and Lot # 3T12354C printed on the end of the can. The cans are in shipping cases marked GFS Vanilla Pudding with Lot #3T12354 C printed on the outside of the case. The recalled product was distributed in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
