Lettieri’s Food To Go Breakfast Sandwiches Recalled For Sesame

Lettieri’s Food To Go Breakfast Sandwiches are being recalled because they may contain sesame, one of the nine major food allergens, that is not declared on the product label as required. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions received by the company to date in connection with the consumption of this product. The recalling firm is Hearthside Food Solutions of Salt Lake City, Utah.

About 489,887 pounds of these ready to eat sausage and bacon sandwiches are included in this recall. The frozen sandwich items were produced between April 1, 2023 and March 25, 2025 and have a 12-month shelf life. The recalled products are:

8.35 ounce individually film wrapped sandwiches of “LETTIERI’S FOOD TO GO Sausage, Egg & Cheese FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST SANDWICH” with lot codes beginning with the numbers 23, 24, and 25, up to 2508451.

7.3 ounce individually film wrapped sandwiches of “LETTIERI’S FOOD TO GO Bacon, Egg & Cheese FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST SANDWICH” with lot codes beginning with the numbers 23, 24, and 25, up to 2508451.

These items have the establishment number EST. V4907 that is stamped inside the USDA mark of inspection. These items were shipped to Army and Air Force Exchange Services locations nationwide.

Please check to see if you bought either of these products. If you did, and you are allergic to sesame, do not eat them. You can throw the sandwich away in a secure trash can with a tight fitting lid, or you can take them back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
