A consent decree was signed on January 17, 2013 against Jonlly Fruits, Inc. prohibiting distribution of their fruit and juice products in the United States. Products manufactured by that facility were recalled last year for undeclared milk allergens. The press release states that "defendants have a long history of violating the Federal Food, Drug, and Costmetic Act by failing to comply with current good manufacturing practice (CGMP) and the juice Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HAACP) regulations. Such violations render Jonlly's fruit and juice beverages adulterated under the Act because they have been prepared, packed, and held under unsanitary conditions."
