Dark Chocolate Cherries Recalled for Undeclared Nuts

Next By Nature Dark Chocolate Cherries  are being recalled for undeclared nuts. People with sensitivities or allergies to nuts should not eat this product as they risk serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they do. The recalled products, made by Tropical Valley Foods Inc. of Plattsburgh, NY, were sold in Iowa, California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Canada and Japan. The recalled products were distributed  between September 12th, 2014 and September 25th, 2014 in cases, 12 bags to case. Whole Foods Coffee Cake Recalled for Undeclared Nuts

Whole Foods is recalling Plain Streusel Coffeecake produced and sold at the Bedford, Massachusetts store because it contains an undeclared tree nut allergen.  Consumers who have a sensitivity or allergy to nuts should not eat this product as they could experience a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction. The coffee cake contained pecans as an ingredient. The recalled product has  "Sell By" dates from September 19 and September 30, 2014. The coffee cake was sold in the store between Friday, September 19 and Thursday, September 25, 2014. Signage was posted at the store to alert customers.
