Malley’s Dry Garlic Ribs Recalled in Canada

Malley’s Dry Garlic Ribs sold in Canada have been recalled for undeclared mustard and soy. The ribs were sold in Alberta at the retail level. The original recall on February 13, 2014 has been updated to include additional products.

You can see the long list of products recalled then, also for undeclared mustard and soy, at the CFIA web site. They include chicken breasts, ribs, chicken wings, and pork tenderloin, among other foods, by different brand names ranging form Aunt Edna’s to Truly Gourmet and Gourmet Foods. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Malleys Ribs RecallThe newly recalled products include Malley’s Dry Garlic Ribs in 1362 gram packages, and in 2.27 kg packages. All codes where mustard and soy are not declared on the label are recalled. There are no UPC numbers. Anyone with an allergy or severe sensitivity to mustard or soy should not eat these products.

If you purchased these products and are allergic to mustard and/or soy, do not eat them. Return them to the place of purchase for a refund.
