New Hope Mills Pancake Mix Recalled for Undeclared Soy

New Hope Mills of New York is recalling all of their Gluten Free Chia Pancake and Waffle Mix because it may contain undeclared soy, one of the major food allergens. People with an allergy to soy could have a serious allergic reaction if they eat this product. No illnesses have been reported to date.

New Hope Mills Pancake Mix RecallThe recalled product is New Hope Mills Gluten Free Chia Pancake and Waffle Mix in a 16 ounce bag in a boxboard box. The box is red and white. The UPC number isĀ 07470353012. The recalled products have these “best by” dates on the bottom: 11/13/2014, 11/14/2014, 2/26/2015, 7/29/2015, 10/4/2015, and 12/13/2015. The product was sold in New York, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, and Florida.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to soy, do not eat it. Throw it away or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
