Spartan Stores, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, announced a recall of eight deli products containing hard-cooked eggs produced by Michael Foods Inc. of Minnetonka, Minnesota. The recalled egg products were also sold at D&W and Family Fare stores in West Michigan.
The products include:
- Egg spread
- Sandwich with egg spread
- Large container chef salads
- Small container chef salads
- Seven layer chef salad
- Large container no-meat chef salad
- Small container no-meat chef salad
- No-meat seven layer chef salads
- The products have sell-by dates of January 20, 2012 through February 1, 2012
