Diggin’ Your Dog™ is recalling one lot of Strippin’ Chicks™ Pet Treats because they may be contaminated with Salmonella bacteria. The sample was obtained in Colorado. If you feed this product to your pet, observe for illness, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cramps, and fever, and contact a veterinarian if your animal seems sick. A pet who appears healthy could be a Salmonella carrier and spread the bacteria to people. People could contract a Salmonella infection by handling this product.

The product is Strippin’ Chicks™ Pet Treats in a 5 ounce bag. The lot code is 250322 and use by date is 2-23-14. The product was made on 8-30-12. No other Diggin’ Your Dog™ products are affected by this recall. If you purchased this lot of this specific product, stop feeding it to your pet, remove the lot code from the packaging, and discard the contents.
