Golden Raisin Treats Recalled for Undeclared Sulfites

House of Spices of Flushing, New York is recalling “Laxmi Nutkhhat Golden Raisin” treats because they contain undeclared sulfites. Anyone with a severe sensitivity to sulfites could have a serious or life-threatening reaction if they consume this product. No illnesses or reactions associated with the consumption of this product have been reported to date.

Recall SignageThe recalled product is 200 gram packages of Laxmi Nutkhhat Golden Raisin food treats. The product is in a clear plastic package with a bright blue label, marked with the lot ABA20A2014 on the top of the package. The product was sold in New York and New Jersey at the retail level.

If you purchased this product and are sensitive to sulfites, do not eat it. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a full refund.
