In Canada, Aling Mary’s Buns Recalled for Undeclared Allergens

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Aling Mary’s are recalling Aling Mary’s brand Sweet Buns because they contain milk and wheat that are not declare don the label. Anyone with a severe sensitivity or allergy to those ingredients could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No illnesses or reactions related to the consumption of this product have been reported to date.

The recalled product is Aling Mary’s brand Sweet Buns (Pandesal) sold in 780 gram containers. The UPC number isĀ 6 27776 00001 2. Alls codes are recalled where milk and wheat do not appear on the label. They were sold in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Yukon and may have been distributed in other provinces or nationally.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to milk and/or wheat, do not eat it. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
