In Canada, Pastries Recalled for Undeclared Milk, Wheat

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and 9032-1076 Quebec Inc. are recalled pastries because they contain milk and wheat that are not declared on the label. Those two allergens can cause serious or life-threatening conditions in anyone with an allergy to milk or wheat. There is no word on whether or not any adverse reactions have been reported.

RecallThe recalled product is Pâtisserie Les Fantaisies Cream Mille Feuilles in 300 gram packages. All products which do not declared milk and wheat on the label are recalled. The UPC number is 6 20840 00185 4. The product was sold nationally at the retail level.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to milk and/or wheat, do not eat it. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
