OPA by Lighthouse Ranch Recalled for Undeclared Egg

Litehouse Inc. is voluntarily recalling some of its OPA by Litehouse Ranch because it may contain undeclared eggs, one of the major food allergens. Anyone who is allergic to eggs could have a serious allergic reaction if they eat this product. No reports of adverse reactions have been received to date.

The recalled products is sold in 11 ounce glass bottles, distributed nationwide. The “Best Used By” date on the top of the bottle is Best by Oct.24.17. The lot code on the product isĀ 13948 6/11fl LH/OPA RANCH. No other code dates of this product or any other Litehouse products are involved in this recall. The problem was caused by a packaging error.

If you bought this product and are allergic to eggs, don’t eat it. Throw it away or take it back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
