Market Pantry Chocolate Almonds Recalled for Undeclared Peanut

Zachary Confections of Indiana is voluntarily recalling one lot of Market Pantry Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds sold exclusively at Target because they may contain peanuts, one of the major food allergens, that is not declared on the label. Anyone with an allergy to peanuts could have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. No reactions have been reported to date.

The recalled product is Market Pantry Brand Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds in 9 ounce packages. The UPC number isĀ 085239555644, the lot code is R4112D and the best before date is 7/4/2015. No other Market Pantry candy items are recalled.

If you purchased this product and are allergic to peanuts, do not eat it. Discard or return to the place of purchase for a refund.
