Exceptional Health Products of Tulsa, Oklahoma is recalling Angel Wings supplements for undeclared soy and milk. Consumers with allergies or sensitivities to milk and soy should not use this product as they run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they do.
The recalled product was sold to consumers nationwide through mailorder. The lot numbers included are 14656, 14657, 15109, 15489, 15488, 15616, and 16007.
At the time of the recall, no illnesses had been reported. The problem was discovered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The recalled lot numbers, sold since December 23, 2014, may be returned to the address printed on the label for a full refund.
