Life’s Qik Fix, Zuma Supreme Supplements Recalled for Undeclared Allergens

zuma-recallMagZuma Nutrition of Tulsa, Oklahoma is recalling eLife’s Qik Fix and Zuma Supreme products for undeclared soy and milk. People with allergies or severe sensitivities to soy or milk should not eat this product as they run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they do.

At the time of the recall no illnesses had been reported. The recall includes: Life’s Qik Fix, Daily Multi 180 Capsules, lot number 16023 and  Zuma Supreme Daily Multi 120 Capsules with lot numbers: 14656, 14657, 15109, 15489, 15488, 15616, and 16007

The recalled  Zuma Supreme products were distributed nationwide from December 23, 2014 and the Life’s Qik Fix on February 8, 2016. Consumers who have purchased a recalled product can return to the address on the bottle for a full refund or replacement.
