Lao Chareune Foods Recalls Beef and Pork That Was Not Inspected

Lao Chaueune Foods of Texas is recalling about 8,200 pounds of beef and pork products because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection and misbranded. There have been no reports of illness linked to the consumption of these products. They were produced from May 22, 2012 to the present and were distributed to retail establishments in Louisiana and Texas. Recalled products include 3-ounce and 8-ounce package containing "Pork Snack Stick", 3.20-ounce packages of "Seasoned Fried Beef", 1.76-ounce packages of "Fried Pork Skins", and 1.20-ounce packages of "Sliced Fried Pork Ears."
