Halal Manti Beef Dumplings Recalled for Lack of Inspection

Roya Foods of Paterson, New Jersey is recalling about 438 pounds of raw Halal Manti Beef Dumplings that were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. No illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported to the company or to FSIS to date in connection with this issue. The Dumplings were produced on various dates ranging from May 2, 2018 to August 29, 2018. The recalled product includes 1.1 pound clear plastic containers of the raw beef dumplings. The product is marked "Halal Manti" and instructs the consumer to "Keep Frozen." The dumplings package has the establishment number "EST. 19829" marked inside the USDA mark of inspection. Smoked Chicken Wings Recalled; Randsland Listeria Recall Updated

Two recalls have been issued; one for smoked chicken wings by True Cost Farm in Minnesota, the other an update of the Randsland Super Salad Kit recall for Listeria monocytogenes in Canada. The Minnesota Department of Agriculture is issuing a consumer advisory for a smoked chicken wings that was sold by True Cost Farm. That facility is located in Montrose, Minnesota. Public health officials discovered that 169 pounds of smoked chicken wings was produced without required state inspection. Most of these True Cost Farm smoked chicken wings were served at Tullibee Restaurant. That facility is located in the Hewing Hotel at 300 Washington Avenue North in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Bahar Frozen Beef Dumplings Recalled for Lack of Inspection

Bahar LLC of New Jersey is recalling about 2,344 pounds of raw Bahar frozen Beef Dumplings because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. No illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported to date in connection with this problem. The problem was discovered by FSIS personnel during a review at the facility. The recalled products is various weight sealed plastic packages that contain "Bahar Manti Gourmet Mediterranean Brand Beef Dumplings" in 1.1 square plastic sealed packages. The expiration dates of the recalled product are 5/20/19 through 8/29/19. The product has the establishment number "EST. 51290" inside the USDA mark of inspection on the package. Taylor Farms Meatloaf and Imported Smoked Catfish Recalled

Two products - Taylor Farms Meatloaf, and Olufela Yemitan imported smoked Siluriformes (catfish) have been recalled, according to USDA notices. No confirmed reports of adverse reactions have been received in either case. Olufela Yemitan, an importer of Houston, Texas, is recalling 45 pounds of smoked Siluriformes that were not presented at the U.S. point of entry for inspection. They were imported from Nigeria, a country that is not eligible to export these products to this country. They were produced during the month of August, 2018. Two products have been recalled. Ready-to-eat and raw beef and pork products are recalled for lack of inspection, the other salads for undeclared peanuts. No illnesses or adverse reaction reports have been received to date. The Beautiful Pig of Longview, Washington is recalling ready-to-eat and raw pork and beef products because they were produced, packed, and distributed without benefit of inspection. Two recalls have been issued by the USDA and FDA for two different products. Halal chicken has been recalled for lack of inspection, and dietary supplements are recalled for undeclared allergens. Three recalls issued by the USDA in the last few days have affected ham, jerky, and pork lard. No illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported in connection with these recalls. The shelf stable packaged pork lard products were produced on July 29, 2016 through June 22, 2018. PFP Enterprises, doing business as Texas Meat Packers, is recalling 7,146 pounds of raw beef products that for lack of inspection. These products were produced on March 23-24, 2018. No illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported to date in connection with these recalled products.
