Twenty Four Six Foods Roller Ball Candy Recalled For Hazard

Twenty Four Six Foods Roller Ball Candy is being recalled because it poses a choking hazard, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The candy's rolling ball can dislodge from the product into a child's mouth, posing a choking hazard and risk of death. The company has received one report of the rolling ball dislodging, and a seven year old New Jersey boy choked in July 2023. That child had emergency surgery to remove the ball from his throat. The surgery was successful. The importer for this product, which was made in China, is Twenty Four Six Foods of Brooklyn, New York. Slime Licker Sour Rolling Liquid Candies are being recalled because they present a choking hazard. The candy's rolling ball can detach from the container into a child's mouth, posing a choking hazard. No injuries have been reported to the company to date in connection with this problem. The recalling firm, or the importer, is Candy Dynamics Inc. of Carmel, Indiana. The products were manufactured in Spain and Columbia. About 70,000,000 of these products were sold in the United States. The recall is for Slime Licker Sour Rolling Liquid Candy that is sold in two ounce and three ounce containers. Cocco’s Candy Rolling Candy Recalled For Choking; One Death

Cocco's Candy Rolling Candy is being recalled for being a choking hazard. One death has been reported to the company to date. To eat the candy, you lick the rolling ball to get flavored liquid in your mouth. The candy's rolling ball can dislodge from the product into a child's mouth, which can cause choking. The recalling firms are Asaf Gida doing business as Cocco Candy of Turkey, and KGR Distribution Group of Passaic, New Jersey.
