In Canada, a recall of Nirav brand products for undeclared mustard allergen has been expanded to include additional products. This week's food recalls include an expansion of the recall issued for General Mills flours associated with an E. coli outbreak, more products recalled for sunflower seeds linked to a Listeria outbreak, recalls for others pathogens and undeclared allergens. Consumers should check recall information carefully. Food Recalls in the U.S. Pathogens General Mills of Minneapolis, MN has expanded a recall of flour associated with a multistate E. coli outbreak that now includes 42 cases in 21 states. Trader Joe's Mexicali Inspired Salad with Chili Seasoned Chicken  is being recalled for undeclared wheat.  Consumers who have Celiac disease, allergies or sensitivities  to wheat or gluten should not eat this product as they risk adverse reaction if they do. Bayou Brothers of Austin, Texas has issued a recall for 33 oz. jars of Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce because they contain undeclared fish. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to fish should not eat may run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. The recalled Bayou Brothers Creole Sauce jars were only distributed in Texas.  They have “Best By” Date codes of “23MAR17” through “18MAY18” and the UPC  91037 60907. Frontera Skillet Sauce Recall for Undeclared Soy Expands

Frontera is expanding a recall Frontera Texas Original Taco Skillet Sauce for undeclared soy to include an additional 1,314 (8 oz.) packages. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy should not eat this product as they run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they do. Attributing the expansion to a "distributor's loss of control," Frontera said products included in the expanded recall  were only distributed in the following states: California, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Nevada and Utah. Marie Callender’s Salisbury Steak and Molly’s Kitchen Macaroni & Beef Recall are being recalled for undeclared fish allergen. Consumers who have a fish allergy should not eat these products as they risk allergic reaction if they do. ConAgra Foods Packaged Foods of Council Bluffs, Iowa issued the recall of about   84,340 pounds of the two beef products after it was discovered that they were inadvertently made with Worcestershire sauce and may contain fish (anchovies), a known allergen that is not declared on the product label.
