Croissants made by Bakers of Paris and sold at Whole Foods stores in California are being recalled for undeclared egg. Consumers who have egg allergies should not eat these croissants as they run the risk of suffering a reaction if they do. At the time of the recall there had been one report of a reaction. The Brisbane, CA-based company is recalling plain and chocolate croissants sold individually in self-service cases and in clear plastic packs of four, because they are made with an egg wash, and eggs are not declared on the ingredient list.
