All Bistak Food Products Recalled in Canada For Possible Salmonella

All Bistak food products are being recalled in Canada for possible Salmonella contamination. Rodent investigation is the alleged problem. This recall was triggered by a referral from the Saskatchewan Health Authority. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection to the consumption of these items. The recalling firms are Bistak Enterprisees and Bistak Groceries Inc. All Bistak food products that have been distributed by Bistak Enterprises and Bistak grocers are recalled. This includes all food products sold up to and including December 29, 2021. The food includes "dry foods such as grains, beans, flour; grocery canned goods; fats and oils; drinks; meat products; fish products; baked goods; spices; and milk powder." Coronavirus Shutdown Increases Rodent Activity in More Areas

One of the more unpleasant realities caused by the coronavirus shutdown is that rats and mice are moving into suburbs in search of food as restaurants close.
