Bassett & Walker of Toronto, Canada, is recalling 1,540 pounds of beef lip products that were produced in Australia. They were not presented at the U.S. point of entry for inspection, so a possibility of adverse health consequences exists. No confirmed illnesses have been reported to date. The product was shipped on different dates between March 2, 2015 and April 7, 2015 and was distributed to retail outlets in the San Diego, California area. They are all Beef Lips. Fresca Italian of California is recalling 36 pounds of pork products produced in Italy that were not presented at the U.S. point of entry for inspection. Poultry, Beef, and Pork Products Recalled for Lack of Inspection

LQNN of California is recalling 213,192 pounds of chicken, beef, and pork products that were produced without inspection. They are also misbranded, since they are stamped with a USDA mark of inspection that was unauthorized. They also have the unapproved use of another facility's mark of inspection, identified as Establishment number 18995. LQNN, Inc., operating as Lee's Sandwiches, has been processing products from federal-inspected establishments and re-packaging them without the benefit of inspection. No reports of illness have been reported. The recalled items are 10 ounce individually wrapped "Great Pacific Beef Verde Burrito" and 10 ounce individually wrapped "Great Pacific Chicken Chipotle Burrito". Lebanese Butcher Slaughter Products Recalled for Lack of Inspection

Lebanese Butcher Slaughter of Virginia is recalling 902 pounds of beef, goat, and lamb products because they were misbranded and further processed without the benefit of full inspection. No illnesses have been reported to date. Four hundred and six pounds of beef cuts in unlabeled plastic bags, and 496 pounds of lamb or goat cuts in unlabeled plastic bags are being recalled. They were slaughtered under inspection on March 27, 2015. They were processed again without being inspected and sold directly to consumers from the facility's Warrrenton location on March 28 and March 29, 2015. The recalled product is 40 pound boxes containing 4 - 5 pieces of "Pini Polana Pork Belly Boneless." It was produced on various dates from March 3, 2014 to April 11, 2014. The products have the establishment number "10023802" inside the Polish mark of inspection. They were shipped to a distributor in Texas and a processing facility in Iowa.
