Anyone who eats this product who is allergic to wheat or who has celiac disease could have a serious reaction. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions received by the company to date. The recalling firm is Albertsons. Madeline’s Pâtisserie croissants are being recalled because they were made with wheat, one of the nine major food allergens, that was not named on the product label as required by law. Anyone who eats those croissants who is allergic to wheat or who has celiac disease, could have a serious reaction.
