E.N.A. Meat Packing Halal Meats are being recalled for lack of inspection. No illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported to the company to date in connection with the consumption of these items. The recalling firm is E.N.A. Meat Packing of Paterson, New Jersey. The frozen raw beef tripe, beef feet, and lamb tripe products were produced from January 2023 through  August 2023. The recalled products include: Approximately 30 pound cardboard boxes containing “E.N.A. MEAT PACKING CORP. HALAL BEEF TRIPE (green tripe).” Approximately 25 pound cardboard boxes containing “E.N.A. The frozen meat and poultry products were produced on different dates ranging from November 1, 2022 through July 20 2023. These items needed to be presented at the border for import reinspection, and were not. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of these items. The recalling firm is Dahlia Imports LLC of Newark, New Jersey. These frozen, raw bone-in goat items were imported on or around April 11, 2022 and September 28, 2022. Public Health Alert Issued For Greenland Swai Fish Filet Cutlets

A public health alert has been issued by the USDA for Greenland swai fish fillet cutlets for lack of inspection. The fully cooked, frozen swai fried fish cutlets were produced and distributed by A & S Produce of Vernon, California, that was doing business as Greenland Food Company. A recall was not requested because this fish is no longer available for consumers to purchase. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions relating to the consumption of this product. Anyone who is concerned about a problem should contact a doctor. The swai cutlets were produced from July 2022 to September 2022.
