All Clover Hill Dairy Cheese Products Recalled For Listeria Risk

All Clover Hill Dairy cheese products are being recalled for possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination, according to the Maryland Department of Health. The FDA added more information and one photo to the recalled products on June 18, 2026. There is a deadly Listeria monocytogenes outbreak linked to the company's soft cheeses that has sickened at least nine people. Product samples and one environmental sample from the company's facility matched the outbreak strain of Listeria monocytogenes. The company's operating license was suspended on May 30, 2026. The case count by state is: Maryland (3), New York (3), and Virginia (3). Specimen collection dates range from March 6, 2023 to May 10, 2026. Arctic Zone Titan Pro Coolers are being recalled because they pose a choking hazard. The problem is that the latch magnet on the cooler can detach and can be swallowed, posing a risk of serious injury. No injuries have been reported to the company to date in connection with this problem. The recalling firm is California Innovations Inc., of Canada. The coolers were manufactured in Vietnam. This item was sold nationwide at Costco stores in March 2026 for about $40.00. There are about 2,500 of these coolers that were sold in the United States. These are fat soluble vitamins so they stay in your body for awhile, and overdoses can cause problems. No illnesses or adverse reactions have been reported to the company to date in connection with the consumption of this product. The recalling firm is Lactalis Canada Inc. Vitamin A accumulates in the liver. Nara Organics powdered infant formula has been recalled for botulism risk. There is an infant botulism outbreak linked to this product that has sickened at least three babies in three states. The case count by state is: California (1), Pennsylvania (1), and Washington (1). Illness onset dates range from April through May 2026. All three infants were hospitalized and treated with BabyBIG®, the FDA-approved treatment for this infection that was developed by the California Department of Health. The infants ranged in age from 86 days to 153 days when they got sick. This formula was sold in Target stores, on Target.com, and Nara.com between July 2025 and June 2026. Kitchen HQ Thermal Insulated Bowls are being recalled because they pose a fire hazard. Metal springs in the detachable hinged lid of the bowls can catch on fire when used in the microwave oven. These bowls were sold on Home Shopping Network (HSN). HSN has received 30 reports that the bowls smoked, sparked, melted or caught fire when microwaved, including one incident resulting in a fire that caused property damage. The importer is HSN Inc. of West Chester, Pennsylvania. The bowls were manufactured in India. This recall includes certain Kitchen HQ brand thermal insulated bowls with detachable hinged lids. Kidisle Coffeemakers Recalled For Burn Hazard Risk

Kidisle Coffeemakers are being recalled because they pose a burn hazard risk. The machines can become clogged, so hot liquid or steam can build up and be released without warning during use. This poses a risk of serious injury. The Consumer Product Safety Commission is aware of at least 107 reports of the coffeemakers releasing hot liquid or steam unexpectedly, causing at least 27 injuries, including first and second-degree burns that required medical treatment.
